Pressley Ridge Pre-Service Foster Parent Training
REACH 907 offers the 36-hour Pressley Ridge Pre-Service Foster Parent Training for prospective foster/resource parents.
Training is available in person and live virtually (Zoom). Virtual participation increases access for individuals and families who are unable to attend in person.
Participants must either:

be pursuing foster/resource parent licensure through REACH 907, or
-
be referred by a licensed child placement agency or tribal organization that has an Authorized Provider Agreement with Pressley Ridge and has arranged training through REACH 907.
Training cohorts are scheduled based on participant availability. Once a cohort has been established, registrants will be contacted with training dates and additional information.
Please note: Because this is a comprehensive 36-hour training, participants should plan to attend every scheduled session. Partial attendance cannot be credited toward successful completion of the Pressley Ridge Pre-Service Foster Parent Training.
TBRI Caregiver Training
Thank you for your interest in Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) Training offered by REACH 907.
TBRI® is an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach designed to meet the complex needs of children and youth who have experienced adversity, while equipping caregivers and professionals with practical tools to build connection, promote healing, and support healthy development.
This 24-hour, instructor-led training is available in both in-person and live virtual (Zoom) formats, making it accessible to participants throughout Alaska.
Training cohorts are scheduled as registrations are received. Once a training cohort has been established, registrants will be contacted with training dates and additional information;
