Registration

We began with a single summer camp in 2014 with 37 kids from foster care as Royal Family KIDS Mat-Su. What we saw and experienced hands on with the kids touched us to the core.

At REACH 907, we use the evidence-based model of trauma-informed care, TBRI®, in caring for our children and showing them they are valued and loved.

“TBRI® is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. TBRI® uses Empowering Principles to address physical needs, Connecting Principles for attachment needs, and Correcting Principles to disarm fear-based behaviors.” – Karyn Purvis

“Because Melissa was mentored by one of your REACH 907 mentors, we were able to get her into Resilience because she trusted the adults at REACH 907.” – REACH 907 Foster Parent

"Felt loved, cared for and had a lot of good wholesome fun!"

“They've given me confidence. I have a lot more confidence now. I found a lot more self-love in myself and I've found a lot more friends, and just being able to be accepted by them without any judgement” – Junior Program

“I think their [REACH 907] sole purpose is to help children find their place, to help them know that they're loved and that they are wanted...” – Teen Program

"My son goes to club every month and rehearses the lessons they learn and recites the rules like "stick together" and "no hits no hurts" from one club to the next. He has found an incredible bond with his buddy at club and camp and is always so excited to see his buddy each month. Reach 907 has done an awesome job of pouring love into my kids! Highly recommend!" - Parent Testimonial

"It is the only place I am comfortable leaving my child with her history of behaviors. The training the volunteers have to go through is amazing and very helpful. I wouldn't know where to begin. Staff have lifted my children up and have made them feel on top of the world. They LOVE coming to camp and look forward to various events throughout the year. They know that despite whatever challenges, behaviors, or tough situations and lives they lead, REACH 907 will be there to love them and reassure them of God's love for them as well." - Parent Testimonial
